- Vocational & Entrepreneurial Skills Training: We provide hands-on training in
tailoring, ICT, hairdressing, carpentry, and
entrepreneurship. These skills equip participants with practical, marketable abilities

- Microfinance, Savings Groups & Business Coaching: Our program facilitates savings
and loan groups that enable beneficiaries to
access small loans for business startup or expansion. We provide business coaching and

- Business Startup Products Support: HD-CBO offers startup toolkits and seed
capital support to help beneficiaries
launch small enterprises. These include trade-specific starter kits such as sewing
